Pure Elements Capital

Technical readiness is not industrial readiness.

PEC originates globally relevant technologies and structures the capital, partnerships and governance required to convert them into operating industrial assets.

How PEC works
TechnologyCapitalIndustrial scale

The reaction

A technology is not an industry. The difference is the reaction.

Pure

Evidence, integrity and technical truth.

Elements

Rights, capability, feedstock, markets and partners.

Capital

Governance, sequencing and investment discipline.

Industry

A buildable, financeable and repeatable asset.

The thesis

The gap is not invention. It is industrialisation.

Promising technologies stall after technical proof is visible but before a project is governed, evidenced and structured well enough for institutional capital. Too specialised for generalist funds, too mature for venture capital, not yet ready for project finance.

PEC works in that middle. We originate and select technologies with genuine industrial relevance, then align technology owners, industrial counterparties, engineers, markets, governance and capital around a defined path to deployment.

01

Originate

Source and select globally relevant technologies where technical proof is visible and market need is real.

02

Structure

Create the commercial, governance, project and capital architecture required for credible execution.

03

Industrialise

Convert readiness into investable vehicles, operating assets and repeatable regional platforms.

Where PEC intervenes

Five stages sit between proof and production.

Capital is abundant at the start of the technology journey and again at bankable project finance. The difficult middle is where otherwise credible opportunities stall.

Stage 01

Technical proof

Pilot or demonstration evidence makes the underlying promise visible.

Stage 02 · Where we enter

Entry

Rights, information, governance, leadership capability and an engineering roadmap.

Stage 03 · Where we structure

Structure

Site, utilities, feedstock, offtake, permitting, economics and delivery partners.

Stage 04

Bankability

Independent evidence, agreed vehicle terms, risk allocation and a capital route.

Stage 05

Industrial scale

Investment decision, construction, operations, performance evidence and replication.

Our role PEC enters before conventional industrial capital can engage, then applies documented gates before an opportunity progresses.

Our model

Two stages. One governed pathway.

PEC separates the work required to earn access and create readiness from the capital required to build an asset. Each stage carries only the risks it is designed to carry.

Stage one

Access & readiness

Targeted, return-seeking capital and active development support for technologies with visible technical proof but unresolved industrialisation requirements.

  • Secure information, participation and follow-on rights
  • Test commercial, technical and regional relevance
  • Strengthen governance, leadership and operator capability
  • Define the engineering, offtake and deployment roadmap
Stage two

Industrialisation

Project-level capital and governance for opportunities that satisfy readiness gates and can be structured into credible, investable assets.

  • Independent feasibility and diligence
  • Project vehicle, ownership and governance
  • Site, utilities, feedstock, permits and risk allocation
  • Engineering, construction, operating and capital partners
Progression is not automatic

Evidence, economics, leadership, regional relevance, governance, counterparties and vehicle suitability are tested at each gate. The value lies in a repeatable conversion engine, not in forcing every technology through it.

Focus areas

Industrial need, not thematic fashion.

PEC applies one test before looking at any sector: real industrial need, economics that hold without a permanent green premium, and a credible route to regional scale. Four areas currently meet it.

Minerals processing facility at dusk

Clean minerals & advanced materials

Converting resource advantage into higher-value materials, downstream capability and resilient supply chains.

Marine water treatment infrastructure

Water security

Water production, treatment and reuse technologies relevant to arid, coastal and industrial markets.

Dark mineral ore, close detail

Industrial decarbonisation

Process technologies that reduce emissions and resource intensity while preserving commercial output.

Industrial energy generation equipment

Future energy systems

Generation, storage and industrial energy technologies approaching credible deployment.

Focus areas describe the filter PEC applies. They are not a portfolio, and not an indication of any current or committed investment.

Discipline

Institutional discipline from the outset.

Senior counterparties need clarity before they commit capital or reputation. PEC builds mandate control, phase gates, independent evidence and asset-level governance into the pathway from the beginning.

01

Mandate & filters

Defined scope, target sectors, geography, risk parameters and candidate filters.

02

Independent diligence

Technical, commercial, legal, tax, ESG, engineering and jurisdiction workstreams.

03

Stage gates

Documented evidence requirements and go / no-go decisions before further capital is committed.

04

Asset governance

Board, budget, procurement, offtake, reporting and operating controls at project level.

Leadership

Built across capital, government and industrial execution.

PEC brings together origination, commercial finance, Gulf government engagement and the structuring of complex industrial pathways.
